Try accessing the site through a referral link, worked for me.

I was serious, you could try accessing the site through someone's referral link. Try mine for example, I take it you are already a member so it shouldn't matter what kind of link it is. http://www.Mikiptc.info/index.php?ref=faithlessss I can enter this way, whereas when I try loading the site from http://www.Mikiptc.info/, I cannot.
