payment conversion?

I received payment again, and according to my request I should have received $ 0.17 (after 3 cents was taken off for fees). I could choose payment with Paypal - Hungarian Furint or Paypal - Phillipine Peso. I chose HUF, and got 5 HUF to my account which when converted to USD it turned out to be $ 0.02. I find this to be quite a difference... how is this possible, and can something be done about it. Here is my payment proof to show you:

I Also Asked The Admin This The Admin Said This Site Only Pays In HUF and Peso So I asked if it is possible to send enough HUF Or Peso To Equal USD Cashed Out Still Waiting A Response.

Admin, I think you should send an email to all members saying that despite the many changes in payout minimum and currencies, now everything is settled and fixed at $0.25, payment in USD is resumed (as can be seen in the "proof paid" page. You're an honest admin, I got paid from you (I have proofs on this forum and my blog as well), so you should let all members know you're not going to scam anyone
